Dog Grooming is a "Family Tradition." Our grandmother, Babe DuBois, has been in the grooming industry for over 30 years. She has groomed all over and owned / operated many successful grooming businesses. My sister and I have picked up where she left off and have been grooming since 1999.
Since the opening of our Rogers location, Groom'n Tails Paw Spa in 1999, we have met many wonderful people. Our clients have made our business the success it is today. Many of them have become good friends, and their support has made us successful enough to open a second location.
There was such a high demand for an experienced pet groomer in the village, and after several years of searching for the perfect location, we decided to expand our business into the Bella Vista Highlands area. Our new location, Viva La Pooch Salon, has been open since September 2006. We are very excited about the new location, and we have already begun to build a new clientele.
Here is a little information on how we operate. We try very hard to get you an appointment on our schedule within a few days. We take all appointments in the morning before noon. The amount of dogs we groom each day depends on the breeds we have scheduled, and the time needed to groom them. Our time is very important to us, and so is yours. When your appointment is finished, we like for your dog to be picked up promptly. We do not like for your pet to have to sit at the groomers all day. The average appointment time is 2 hours with the exception of holidays, large breeds, or complicated cuts. When all appointments for each day have been honored, and all pets are picked up, we leave for the day. Do not worry. When we leave, all calls transfer to a cell phone, and you may reach us almost anytime to set up an appointment. With that in mind if for some reason we do not answer your call, please leave us a message. We will promptly return your call. Unless there is a major emergency, scheduling mistake, or bad weather, we will be in the shop on time ready to groom your pet. We take pride in our work, and strive to please our customers. We hope you will come and see us.
